Hello we are the Arcturians. Today we talk about peace and what is not peace.
Peace is when your hearts and minds are truly at peace with each other, with no thoughts of anger, frustration or any negativity at all.
Being not at peace is when you are in these negative emotions, either in the present, the now, or relating back to the past. If you are still angry, sad, troubled by anything in your past, then you are not truly in peace.
First fight your own demons and release them. If you are still angry at someone from the past, then you need to release this to be at peace with yourself. Always remember that when you forgive someone, you do not have to condone or agree with what they did. You are giving a present to yourself, a present of peace.
Wouldn't you like to feel at peace with everyone? Wouldn't that feel really good? Of course it would. It would make you feel better, happier and more peaceful. Wouldn't you like to receive that present? If you would, then give yourself that present, by forgiving all those that have hurt you, by thought, word or deed, intentionally or unintentionally.
Forgive yourself too for the times when you too have had hard thoughts and have hurt someone with your words, thoughts or deeds. Every human has done this at some time, whether meant or not. Humans tend to blurt things out, not always realising that words can hurt.
When you ask for forgiveness from others, forgive others and yourself, you may be amazed at how much more "at peace" you are.
When you are "at peace" then others feel this and become peaceful with you. As you give out, so you get back. You humans have many saying about this. Become the peace, be the peace and spread the peace.
Each person who becomes more peaceful by becoming at peace, then helps bring peace to Gaia, your Earth. What a wonderful way to spread the Joy of Peace.
