Enjoyed your talk on enlightenment bit I would like to ask a question if I may.

Is enlightenment truly attainable in a physical body? What I mean is to attain enlightenment you would need to be one with everything in all dimensions, one with Source itself lets say, otherwise your awareness may be expanded spiritualy to very high levels of understanding, but is this true enlightenment?

I feel that enlightenment cant be achieved in a physical existence and to achieve it we need to move far beyond the limits of matter and mind. We may have glimpses and moments of the experience, but these are far from the state of true enlightenment.

I would be really interested to hear your opinion on this.
