Reflections of Fear
When we see strife and chaos in our lives, it is a good thing to take notes, who, what and why it is being created.
We learn about our-selves through these reflections of the experiences we have with people and places. Dis-regard the outside influences of Do's and Don'ts, Rights and Wrongs, Successes and Failures by seeing each of them as part of the experience and to realizes that you do not have to judge yourself or others because it is the natural Scheme of the Energy of All Life,
We are not separate or in control of this Energy, but OF IT. The perfect set-up of reflections is for us to evolve into something beyond who and what we believe at this time of our progression.
Look at those in your life, who you most probably lay blame for friction and/or resistance because actually, they are specifically there to help you evolve beyond this, encouraging you towards ease, calm and self-love,
How can someone yelling at me be regarded as encouraging or how can starving children be encouraging to others? I hear you ask.
Compassion is at the route/root of all these questions. Compassion for Ourselves, Others, Our Earth and ALL it IS.
All of the extremes can be shifted through the feeling of compassion, through OUR own Hearts.
Now this is an Idealist scenario and that life actually cannot exist without compassion's opposite being present; cruelty, this is why a very compassionate person still has the potential for cruelty if they choose, as much as they do for compassion and visa versa. We all have these potential aspects of ourselves, no-one is exempt and reflections show us our choices in each moment.
Each time you observe yourself and/or others and make a conscious decision, it shifts the potential outcomes available, at first this happens after the experience, after reflecting back at what happened. Bringing it more into your awareness. Then, you can observe it in real time, shifting again the choices of potential outcomes. You most likely will still make reactive decisions but you are more aware of it as it is happening. Finally, after however long it takes (we are all unique individuals on our own paths and time is an illusion of societal beliefs), you have experiences in which you are observing and pro-acting in Real time, This Moment, as it is occurs. Your Awareness has Expanded and Shifted, which will not go back to ways of the old.
This then, IS the power of, reflection of fear, towards Our expansion so we can evolve beyond what we believe we are and what we can do with Our lives (micro) and Globally (macro).
STARE THE REFLECTIONS OF FEAR IN THE FACE KNOWING IT IS GUIDING YOU TOWARDS COURAGE, FREEDOM AND PEACE FOR YOUR-SELF, OTHERS AND OUR EARTH!??
